Appointments 

Office visits are by appointment only and vary according to each provider's schedule. Provide at least 24-hours notice for cancellations. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied to all appointments by a parent or legal guardian.

We are not accepting Medicaid or Medicaid HMOs such as Fidelis, YourCare, and Molina at this time.

Private pay arrangements can also be made: 

• Initial Consultation $160 one hour
• Follow Up $60 for 30 minute follow up 

Co-pays are to be paid at the time of your appointment. Co-pays for mental health coverage do vary from one carrier to another, review the back of your insurance card and contact your carrier for questions regarding payment or authorizations.

 No-Show Policy:

• Psychiatry: First missed follow-up fee is waived. Further infractions will incur a $50 charge. We charge $100 for missing an intake appointment.
