Prescription refill requests must be called in a minimum of 7 business days before your medication runs out. Please first try going through your pharmacy to have them notify us for the refill.  If you have trouble, then call our main line 716-634-3838 and leave a message with your full name and refill request. Phone requests obtained after 3:00pm will be handled the next business day. 


For calls that are an emergency during office hours, call our main line at 716-634-3838. In the event it is a true emergency, please contact Crisis Services 716-834-3131 or present yourself to the nearest emergency room. Emergencies include but are not limited to medication side effects and lethality concerns.  During after hours, this phone number will be to page our psychiatric providers for emergencies. For calls in which you have questions for your provider that is non-emergent, call our main line 716-634-3838 during business hours. Support staff will take a message and notify the doctor of your call. Please provide the staff with as much information as possible. We try our best to answer the messages throughout the day and you will get a return phone call as soon as your message has been answered. You may also use the patient portal for non- emergent questions.
